It is our desire to exalt Christ Jesus our Lord in all that we do. Therefore, without apology, we preach the doctrines of God’s free and Sovereign Grace.
We are a small Church situated in the South Central Mountains of West Virginia near the Monongahela National Forest. The Church was founded in 1948. From the beginning , the Church has held to what are commonly know as the Baptist distinctives. The Church has in the past and still does claim the precepts of the New Hampshire Confession of Faith. It is our desire to exalt Christ Jesus our Lord in all that we do. Therefore, without apology, we preach the doctrines of God’s free and Sovereign Grace. We are committed to the directives of the Great Commission and therefore we press the necessity of the Gospel to all. It would be our delight to welcome you to any and all of our services.
Born and Raised in Wayne County, West Virginia, K. D. Bradshaw (Brother Kim) is the fifth generation (maternal) of an unbroken line of Baptist preachers, teachers, and pastors.
He presents an uncompromising message of God's Sovereign Grace, Christ's Kingship and the doctrines of the New Covenant. Modern, popular interpretations of scripture are rejected outright as perversions of the Gospel.
Rather, to "Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls." (Jeremiah 6:16)
He is also a staunch believer in liberty, freedom, and the natural rights bestowed to all men by our Creator.
Brother Kim is a widower with five children and eight grandchildren; has been a lifelong fly fisherman, bowhunter, and enjoys the days on Kennison mountain spent with his English Setters.
His daily prayer is from 1 Cor 15:10, "But by the grace of God I am what I am; and His grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain...".
